Human Factors Program Training for Maintenance Personnel (2 Days)

Course Description	This course adds a large number of personal error-reduction strategies. This course is designed to help maintenance organizations comply with the new JAA HF regulations. It is also recommended for any organization who desire to arm their personnel with a wide array of practical error-reduction strategies. Program Objectives Help maintenance organizations implement a successful, ongoing HF error-reduction program Provide training appropriate to people’s responsibilities within the organization Where applicable, help maintenance organizations comply with the new EASA-145 regulations regarding Human Factors (these regulations take effect July 1, 2005)
Who Should Attend	Aircraft Maintenance personnel including Engineers, Technicians, Quality Control Inspectors, Planners, etc.
Upon Completion	Successful candidate will be issued with a Certificate of Training by Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center.
