Human Factors Program Training for Maintenance Personnel (1 Day)

Course Description	Using highly interactive method of instruction, this course helps maintenance personnel understand their role in the error reduction program and provides them with effective strategies to reduce errors in their work place. Program Objectives Help maintenance organizations implement a successful, ongoing HF error-reduction program Provide training appropriate to people’s responsibilities within the organization Where applicable, help maintenance organizations comply with the new EASA-145 regulations regarding Human Factors (these regulations take effect July 1, 2005)
Who Should Attend	Aircraft Maintenance personnel including Engineers, Technicians, Quality Control Inspectors, Planners, etc.
Upon Completion	Successful candidate will be issued with a Certificate of Training by Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center.
