Course Description |
This course takes a practical look at how to implement an effective Human Factors program designed to reduce maintenance errors. The training is based on Boeing’s successful and widely used Maintenance Error Decision Aid (MEDA) program
Program Objectives
- Help maintenance organizations implement a successful, ongoing HF error-reduction program
- Provide training appropriate to people’s responsibilities within the organization
- Where applicable, help maintenance organizations comply with the new EASA-145 regulations regarding Human Factors (these regulations take effect July 1, 2005)

- Supervisory and Managerial Aircraft Maintenance personnel.
- Anyone who may be interested in or responsible for safety in the workplace.

Upon Completion | Successful candidate will be issued with a Certificate of Training by Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center. |
