Course Description |
Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center (MATC) in partnership with AVISA LTD, an EASA Part M approved Safety Management Consultancy based in U.K, is proud to provide aviation consultancy and training within Asia.
This 2 days course is focused to equip the attendee with the skills and techniques required to manage and execute meaningful audit programs and audits within their respective companies. All exercises and material will contribute towards a practical audit, thus ensuring realism. We have enjoyed great success with this approach.
The research, planning, execution and documentation of the audit will be treated as if it were part of a genuine internal audit. To this end it is suggested that attendees bring with them, where possible, a copy of their exposition or operations manual, a sample of relevant procedures and current audit programs or plans.
Attendees will be tasked with raising their own audit plans, checklists and reports in relation to their role, using procedures and audit plans drawn from their own company. This will ensure the course is practical and relevant to each attendee.
The training will place clear priority on the identification of systemic failures as opposed to mere compliance type audit findings.
