Cross-Culture EMT

Course Description

This course is the very first of its kind. Crew Resource Management, as it is commonly known, has not changed for over two decades. CRM was developed from western cultures and does not take into account the cultural differences and learning styles of other cultures. The Cross-Culture Threat and Error Management Techniques course is adapted to account for the specific cultural and historical norms of students in attendance. Through this, the course is made more meaningful and relevant to students and more beneficial to airline operations and safety.
