A14 Hydraulic and Pneumatic Power Systems (5 Days)


Course Description A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic power systems is important for any technician to work on any aircraft. This course equips the participant with the principles of hydraulic, a good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic power systems as well as the knowledge of their respective components. The course is designed to prepare students for the A14 examinations.

  • Principles of aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic power systems
  • Basic trouble-shooting for personnel working on these systems

  • Maintenance Personnel working on Aircraft Hydraulics and Pneumatics Systems
  • Engineers who may want additional specialized knowledge on Aircraft Hydraulics and Pneumatics Systems
  • Those attempting the CAAS A14 Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer paper
Upon Completion Candidate will be prepared to sit for the CAAS A14 Examination.
Entry Requirements
  • At least NTC 3/2 or GCE N/O level academic qualifications with a pass in English, Mathematics and Science
