Course Description |
Maintenance errors cost the aviation industry millions of dollars every year in injuries, delays, cancellations and ground damage incidents. The causes of maintenance errors are complex. The aviation maintenance environment is an intricate system with many opportunities for mistakes: poor communication, fatigue and faulty work processes are among few factors to contribute to the problem. The H11 course not only increase awareness of the importance of human factor and error management, it also aims to assist in designing
strategies to reduce them.
Program Objectives
- Understand the principles of human factor and error management
- Learn about social psychology and other factors like the physical environment, communication and work hazards that affects performance

At least NTC 3/2 or GCE N/O level academic qualifications with a pass in English, Mathematics and Science
