Course Description |
Students will get an overall view of the aircraft. Along with basic aircraft measurements and attributes, normal system function and major components are described. The course supplies an introduction to the aircraft's abbreviations, acronyms and terminology, making it an excellent choice for those who must directly support aircraft maintenance technicians.
This course satisfies ATA 104 Level I objectives.

This course is for maintenance management and logistics personnel.

Upon Completion |
Students will be able to:
- Recall the safety precautions to be observed when near the aircraft.
- Identify major components of aircraft systems.
- Explain the normal function and operating characteristics of aircraft systems.
- Locate major components of aircraft systems.
Successful graduates will receive a certificate jointly issued by Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center and Alteon.
