2009 July, Singapore: Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center is proud to provide Cabin Crew Service Excellence Training Program for Aeroflot from 13 – 24 July 2009. The program was specially tailored to meet the need of the cabin crew of Aeroflot in line with their vision in enhancing their inflight services. The course encompassed the central topic of Service Excellence, focusing on aspects such as
  • Defining Service Excellence
  • Service Excellence with Cross Cultural & Self Awareness
  • Service Excellence Through Coaching, Counseling and Mentoring 
  • Service Excellence Through Recovery.

The program focused on the mostly practical and realistic scenarios and examples to ensure understanding and applicability of principles in enhancing the service standards. The course encompassed both classroom teaching and outdoor activities to achieve the key learning objectives. Role playing and group discussions were also included in the training  to encourage active learning process by generating meaningful participation and continual learning interest.
The program was participated by 14 cabin crew of various ranks, with flying experience ranging from one to ten years. The crew are tasked to continue pursuing service excellence in their course of work and on a company level through various methods, such as focus group and workshops in improving their work process and procedures.
