2005, January 18 China: Mil-Com (in partnership with Alteon and Jeppesen) and Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC) signed a commitment statement to honour their obligations in respect to the establishment of an aerospace training center in Tianjin to provide training facilities to the aviation industry in the People's Republic of China.
