2002, February 27 Singapore: Alteon Training L.L.C. (formerly FlightSafetyBoeing) has signed an agreement with Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center. (Mil-Com ATC) to provide aircraft type courses and technical training in Asia. This technical training initiative is the first offering by Alteon in Asia.

This strategic partnership will bring Alteon's wide array of technical training services and expertise to Singapore and the region. The marriage of Mil-Com ATC's hands-on experience with Alteon's technical training expertise will result in an unparalleled opportunity for customer-focused technical training solutions for the aerospace industry throughout Asia.

The resulting cooperation, which is scheduled to commence operations before June 2002, will initially provide certified maintenance training on Boeing Aircraft Series, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, and 777.
