About The Group

Incorporated in 1993, Mil-Com Aerospace Pte. Ltd., a member of the Mil-Com Aerospace Group is one of the pioneer providers of aerospace engineering support services, aviation training and consultancy services in Singapore and Asia Region. 

Over the years, the Group, under the stewardship of its President/CEO Mr. Eugene E.J. Lim, has grown from strength to strength.  It has a strong and dedicated team of professional staff with a wealth of experience in their chosen fields comprising qualified Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, Aircraft Technicians, approved Aviation Training Instructors, Aviation Consultants and experienced Management and Operational staff. Today the Group has a network of offices in territories in Asia Region.

The Group provides a wide range of aviation services through its network of offices including but not limited to its latest Aviation Consultancy services.  The Aviation Consultancy services assist airlines, maintenance organisations and training institutions in continued airworthiness, quality, safety and other technical issues in connection with regulatory requirements mandated or introduced by ICAO, EASA, FAA and CAAS.

In the aviation training industry, Mil-Com Aerospace Training Center (MATC) is the first training center outside the United States of America that has entered into a strategic collaboration with Alteon, Boeing's training arm (previously known as FlightSafetyBoeing Training International LLC, FSB) since June 2002. This tie-up has further been enhanced and strengthened with the signing of an agreement on 30 July 2008 with Boeing under which MATC is now an approved licensed Boeing training provider. In Singapore, MATC is the first private and independent aviation training center approved by Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) since 12 March 2003.

Mil-Com CAUC Aviation Training Center, established at Tianjin, is a joint venture entity with Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC) in providing specialized aviation training courses in China. The joint venture is dedicated to serve as a conduit for world class quality training of Boeing aircraft type courses to the airlines and MROs throughout China.

Mil-Com (Xi’an) Aviation Training Center, a joint venture with Xi’an HTZ China (now known as China Aviation Industrial Base, CAIB), was formed to promote and undertakes the business of providing basic aviation courses and cabin crew training courses to airline industries and Xi’an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute, China.

Mil-Com Aerospace Group's strategic partners for aviation training includes Boeing, Alteon, Jeppesen, Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC), Avisa Aviation Safety Systems Ltd,UK (an EASA Part M approved Safety Management Consultancy), Royal Brunei Engineering Sdn Bhd (the engineering arm of Royal Brunei Airlines), Xi'an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute, China Aviation Industrial Base (CAIB).

The Group's global reach covers China, India, Middle East, Philippines, Malaysia and Taiwan.
